TRAILER CONSTRUCTION
FEATURE : Complete 5 year warranty - By far the best in the business
! If something we make breaks within 5 years we will fix it. (Excludes
normal wear & tear items i.e. light bulbs, tires, etc.)
BENEFIT : At MERHOW we do not just say we build the best trailer
- we back it up. Most other manufacturers have a 1 year warranty.
They may extend the warranty on the main frame (only) longer.
FEATURE : Trailer height is 7' 6" for Slant Loads and Straight
Loads.
BENEFIT : Extra height allows for better ventilation, easier
access and is safer for your horse. Also gives increased head
room in goose neck area for sleeping quarters.
FEATURE : Trailer width is 6' 2" - standing stall length
is 7' (straight load) - Slant loads are 82" wide with stall
length of 10' 4". Eight foot widths are also available. (All
dimensions are modifiable.)
BENEFIT : Standard trailer sizes are designed to fit vast majority
of breeds.
FEATURE : CHASSIS : Aluminum interlocking tongue and grove floor
with cross members spaced evenly every 6 inches. The Verylite
aluminum floor is.188 thick
BENEFIT : The Verylite floor is 50% thicker than many others
and the axle carriage is made from tubular steel for additional
strength.
FEATURE : ALL Aluminum cage welded unibody construction - tubular
supports with no more than 16" of center spacing.

FEATURE : White baked enamel aluminum exterior attached using
3M VHB 2 faced tape.
BENEFIT : White aluminum reflects more heat while 2 faced tape
eliminates screws and rivets that can rust and leak.

and towability.
FEATURE : Side crank jack moved to rear of A-frame (bumper pull).

INTERIOR CONSTRUCTION
FEATURE : Full height baked enamel white aluminum interior liner
- attached to frame with double sided tape and powder coated fasteners.
BENEFIT : Interior of trailer is bright, open and much cooler.
Aluminum liner provides maximum corrosion protection - no rust
like steel walls! Also smoother and safer for you and your horse.
FEATURE : 1" closed cell foam insulation in walls.
BENEFIT : Your horse is happier because the trailer is cooler
in the summer and warmer in the winter.
FEATURE : Full height lining and insulation on interior walls
of dressing rooms. Dressing room floors are carpeted.
BENEFIT : Finished interior looks great! Less chance of damage
to exterior skin from loose items in dressing room. Dressing Room
stays cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.
FEATURE : Heavy duty padding and SLAM LATCHES on all dividers
(slant Load) , 8" Tall padded breast doors with SLAM LATCHES
