Limited Warranty
Neckover Trailers are manufactured to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, subject to the Gross Vehicle Weight stamped on the trailer, for a period of seven (7) years on the frame, neck, and bows, and one (1) year on all latches, gates, lights, wire, and paint, from the date of delivery to the retail purchaser. This warranty will be honored by the manufacturer at the factory in replacing defective parts free of charge, including all labor, under the conditions specified above. The warranty does not apply to axles, tires, and wheels, which are subject to the manufacturer's warranties and wear, nor does it apply to the deterioration and appearance of paint due to normal use.
